Land Acknowledgment

I walk gently on the land known today as Toronto — Tkaronto — a place of deep spirit and story.

I honour the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, the Haudenosaunee, the Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit.

This is Treaty 13 territory, held in the sacred promise of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum — a covenant of shared care for this earth.

As an intuitive guide and energy worker, I feel the medicine of the Four Directions in all that I do:

In the East, I listen to the whispers of Spring — where dreams awaken and beginnings unfold.

In the South, I dance in the fire of Summer — where passion expands and life pulses with light.

In the West, I rest into the rhythms of Autumn — where endings become transformation.

In the North, I return to stillness — where Winter teaches through silence, reflection, and soul.

I offer my gratitude to the land, the keepers of its wisdom, and the sacred directions that continue to guide my path.
