Meet Anja
Your home shapes how you move through your life. Not just in how it looks—but in how it feels to live in.
Clutter creates mental noise. Disorganization adds friction to your day. And when a space isn’t set up to support you, even simple things can feel harder than they need to be.
But a space doesn’t need more, it needs intention. Because when your home is aligned, you think more clearly, move with greater ease, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
What I Do
I bring together three essential elements:
-
Energy — how your space feels
-
Function — how your space works
-
Design — how your space looks
Because you can’t have one without the others.
My work is about creating spaces that feel supportive, functional, and natural to live in, spaces that reflect who you are and how you want to move through your life.
Often, this doesn’t mean buying more.
It means working with what you already have by refining, repositioning, and creating flow.

Who I Work With
Many of my clients are capable, driven individuals managing full lives. Some carry a constant mental load. Some identify with ADHD. And many quietly wonder why their space never quite works, no matter how many times they try to reset it.
This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a space that hasn’t been designed to support you.
My Story
My first understanding of space came from my childhood home. I grew up in an environment that felt chaotic and disorganized. I didn’t have the language for it at the time, but I could feel it — this doesn’t feel good.
I found myself craving order. Wanting calm. Wanting a space I could fully relax in and feel proud of.
Without blame, my parents were an important part of that awareness. They shaped my understanding of how deeply a home environment can affect how we feel.
At the same time, design was always present in my life.
My grandmother was my first teacher. She showed me the power of placement, how a room could completely transform simply by how furniture was arranged and how details were styled. That understanding stayed with me.
Before working in homes, I studied and worked in education and psychology, learning how people think, adapt, and move through change. That foundation continues to shape how I work with clients today.
In 2004, I launched my home staging company, Show & Sell. What began as a focus on visual transformation evolved into something much deeper. I noticed that the real shift didn’t happen when furniture was brought in, but it happened before that. When people cleared, let go, and began engaging with their space differently.
They felt lighter.
Clearer.
More at ease.
That’s when I understood:
This work isn’t just about how a space looks.
It’s about what happens to people when their space begins to support them.

Why This Matters
The outside world is busy, demanding, and often overstimulating.
Your home should be the place where you reset.
Where you feel supported.
Where you can fully exhale.
Not perfect.
Not unattainable.
But intentional and aligned with you.
Because when your space supports you…
you shift.
If you’re ready for your space to feel different, to feel clearer, lighter, and easier to live in, the Clarity Call is the first step.
This is where we look at your space together, understand what’s not working, and determine the most supportive way forward.
